Netizen KECAM Pakir OKU Khas untuk ISTERI MENTERI Salleh Said Keruak kabarmalay3.blogspot.com

Mean spirited netizens attacked Datin Seri Raya Erom, who is the wife of Communications and Multimedia minister, Datuk Salleh Said Keruak after a picture of a disabled parking space being reserved for her was uploaded on Facebook.
The photo, which was reportedly taken at the The National Film Development Corporation Malaysia's (FINAS) building yesterday, shows a note on a signboard that was placed on a disabled parking space.
Written on the note was, "Parkir Isteri YB Menteri KKMM". (Parking for Communications and Multimedia Minister's wife)
It was then shared on the 'You park & Drive Like An A**hole (Malaysia) page, where netizens were quick to attack Salleh's wife over an incident that she had played no part in the decision.
Some of the insults hurled at Datin Seri Raya includes calling her "retarded".
"Does the minister have a disabled wife?" said one Facebook user.
"Maybe the wife is disabled in the head," said another.
However, when contacted by Malaysian Digest, Datuk Salleh Said Keruak explained that the sign was just put up specifically for the FINAS Aidilfitri Open House celebration held on Tuesday.
"It was probably the programme held yesterday," said Salleh when Malaysian Digest sent the picture to him through Whatsapp.
"This was yesterday (Tuesday), and we were not the ones who asked FINAS to reserve a parking spot for us," he explained.
He also added that this minor non-issue was politicised by the netizens.
"As usual, everything is politicised. Just let it be.
"I am used to worse insults," he replied.
As usual, we hope that the explanation from Datuk Salleh Said Keruak himself made it clear what actually happened, and perhaps people should stop judging and insulting before getting the real story first.
